产品详情
Appearance: White to off-white free-flowing powder, odorless or with a slightly characteristic odor.
Properties: Non-toxic, non-irritating, hygroscopic, readily soluble in water, alcohol, amines, and various other organic solvents. It has excellent solubility, film-forming properties, chemical stability, physiological inertness, adhesiveness, and complexation ability.
Product Standards: Electronic Grade.
Specifications: Based on the polymer molecular weight and the viscosity of the aqueous solution, the K value is calculated and divided into the following models. The K value testing method is derived from the kinematic viscosity of a 1% aqueous solution.
Type | K value | viscosity average molecular weight | Main applications |
K12 | 10.2-13.8 | 3,000-7,000 | Solubilizer, dispersant, and crystallization inhibitor. |
K15 | 12.75-17.25 | 8,000-12,000
K17 | 15.3-18.36 | 10,000-16,000
K25 | 22.5-27.0 | 30,000-40,000 | Adhesives, film-forming agents, solvents, dispersants. |
K30 | 27-32.4 | 45,000-58,000
K60 | 54-64.8 | 270,000-400,000 | Adhesives, thickeners, suspension stabilizers, dispersants. |
K90 | 81-97.2 | 1,000,000-1,500,000 |
Product features: Can effectively control the moisture content in K30 to be less than 2.5%.

ConduliTM dispersion mechanism
Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), as a non-ionic amphiphilic polymer with both hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups, possesses good adsorption capabilities, thereby reducing the interfacial tension between two phases.
When carbon nanotubes are added to a N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) solution containing PVP, the hydrophobic groups of the PVP molecules and the hydrophobic surface of the carbon nanotubes are attracted to each other, leading to the adsorption of PVP onto the surface of the carbon nanotubes. As the concentration of the dispersant increases, more PVP molecules adsorb onto the carbon nanotubes, gradually forming a PVP molecular film. The steric hindrance effect can overcome the van der Waals forces between the carbon nanotubes and prevent their agglomeration, resulting in a stable and uniform suspension of carbon nanotubes.
The dispersion mechanism for graphene and lithium iron phosphate cathode materials is similar to the one described above.
